Thinking Cap
Today has been a conflicted day. While I’m focussed and also possitive overall, I’m conflicted by type A personalities who care less about details and who attempt to simply bend the truth to fit a predisposed position or outcome. I mean they do this even when the data and detail would steer otherwise.
This is why having a good Thinking Cap matters. I’m determined to stand on facts and data to inform my decisions and it’s gonna be very difficult for others to sway me even as they float around on wishes.

Not many are willing to do what it takes… To invest in themselves or their craft. I can’t be happy enough that somehow I’ve been able to do what I love and to get paid for it. So this morning on a beautiful day I’m at the car dealer waiting for them to wash Sophia and what am I doing…WORKING!
You see I know what I want, I’m not afraid of sacrifice, I know what success looks like, I know what it takes, and I’m willing to work for it! Let’s GOOOOOOO!!!!

Self awareness is the real source of real power, but is still the start of the lonely journey to truly find your way forward.

Still at it…
Sixteen hours into making these Donuts.
- Perseverance
- Determination
- Resilience
- and a sense of Excellence.
If it was easy everyone would do it! But you see my ambitions are the golden wings upon which I soar… I aim to get mine… PERIOD!
This is what it looks like…
Donuts are not made, they are created with focus and with purpose. It’s an investment that when done right give dividends and returns everlasting.
It requires discipline and determination along with leadership of ones self. A focus like no other born from deep within your spirit. It demands a wantingness and a desire that can only be quenched by results.
And once you have truly committed, results become your slave and you can command them at will. Even when panting in exhaustion, you can will results into existence at the time and place of your choosing. It is no longer fair, its DOMINANCE….
I dominate these Donuts and they will produce more… Bigger, better, faster, more effective, and with purpose. Now… “Run Tell That!” And “Come Get Some!”

Vacation Day #1
Sometimes you just gotta do what you’ve gotta do! For me it’s taking a few days of my personal leave to focus on administrative deliverables. Folks always think they want to grow and to succeed. They feel in their hearts that they should be in a position of influence and authority. Oftentimes this is only words that seem to sink into the abiss of inaction. This is what my first day of vacation looks like…
For those who have achieved any level of success, you already know all too well that you have to be prepared to “invest” what and when many simply aren’t willing to invest. You see, spending time and investing time aren’t the same thing. One is gone and often doesn’t have a tangeable or risidual benefit (spending time). When you “invest” time, it’s done with care and consideration always weighing the risks against the potential earnings.
These are strategic decisions and not whimsical. They are based on foresight and forethought, imbedded in experience, and emerged in purpose. For me, there are still yet soooooooo much to accomplish and I’m still passionately eager to cease opportunities to build my dynasty….
